Cassava Tape

Already know the nutritional content of cassava and cassava cheese've tried the recipe, we try again recipe cassava jadul tape. Since when did this cassava tape exists? The answer from the past. Tape materials cassava:

- 1.5 kg of cassava, peeled, washed, cut according to taste (do not want to be left intact also prohibited)
- 1.5 grain ragi tape, mashed
- banana leaf to the base (do not use nor anything)

How to Make a tape of cassava:

1. Steam cassava until cooked. (Do not ripeness yes because then the results becomemushy). Chill.
2. Once cool, good cassava in the container with a lid that has been covered with leaves banana. (the container can be sterilized if there had not let the bacteria that can inhibit the fermentation process).
3. Sprinkle with yeast tape until blended. (mbak Rini said, until it looks white).
4. Cover again with banana leaves then cover with lid container. Let stand at warm place for 2-3 days
